MAKING NOISE

In workplaces where the noise level varies depending on the precise location and the production process, it is difficult to say when an employee should wear hearing protection. 

We have installed the SoundEar II Industry XL system especially for these types of workplaces. The system consists of a display that houses a sound level meter. A yellow warning is issued at 80 decibels and a red warning at 85 decibels. Every employee is thus informed when it is necessary to wear hearing protection.

Thanks to the large display on the XL model, it is easy to see the visual warning from various different workstations. These sound level meters have been installed near to the compactors because these areas are subject to higher levels of noise.
